Mode of delivery.:
We make every effort to have orders delivered to our customers within a reasonable time. But we are not on Amazon here ! Le Shipments are entrusted to the courier GLS, (Venice – Minor Islands – Livigno – Campione d’Italia) for the national territory . Generally, orders are processed in 1 / 2 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping charges include handling charges packaging and transportation cost. Handling and packaging costs are fixed, while the cost of transportation varies depending on the weight of the goods and locations excluded (Venice Center, smaller islands, Campione d’ Italia, Livigno.) It is not possible to group 2 or more orders processed separately. We recommend that you group your items in one order. Please remember to monitor the e-mail address with which you submitted your order, because we will use that to send the courier tracking number so we can track the shipment. No products containing alcohol can be shipped abroad.

Delivery Time :
Goods entrusted to the courier service usually are delivered in 1 / 2 working days. The courier will make 2 passes, if the consignee is absent even on the second pass, the goods will be placed in storage for 12 working days at the courier company’s premises. Goods in stock can be picked up at your local warehouse always free of charge. After the 12-day storage period has passed, the goods are returned to the sender. In this case, Sbarba will charge you the total transportation cost of 10.90€. The consignee can choose whether he or she wants the shipment remitted with 2 more delivery attempts. Again you will be charged an additional €10.90. The same applies to “inconvenient” locations but will be charged in this case the amounts related to your location.
Pickup at our premises:
pickup at our premises is always free of charge, but must be arranged in advance. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not made. However, in order to take advantage of this free possibility, it is mandatory to make specific arrangements by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org We specify that payment for the order must compulsorily be made through the site at the conclusion of the odine, in the prescribed manner. Once you select payment by Credit Card or Paypal, the system will connect you with the page for payment through an encrypted channel to ensure maximum security and your privacy.
With this payment method, the customer directly sends the order request to sbarba.it – and this request is confirmed by e-mail to the address entered by the customer. The customer is required to send by e-mail email@example.com copy of the bank transfer within 48 hours of order confirmation, if the notification of payment by transmission of the bank transfer details are not communicated within this limit, the order will be canceled. In case it is not possible to send us a copy of the accounting, please email us CRO, Name of the BANK and branch, Date and Time of the Transfer, Account holder from which it was made. We invite the gentlemen customers upon receipt of the order by the Courier in charge, in case of obvious external signs on the package such as: damage, crushing, wet, opening or any other sign that may compromise the integrity of the contents, to withdraw it only and exclusively with the clause of ” Acceptance with Reservation”.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns / Wrong Items / Damaged Items
– Have you changed your mind about an item you purchased? You can return the product under the following conditions:
1) Communicate your intention to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery
2) The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the return to our warehouses. Refund of returned products will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt at our office. The products will be checked to ensure that the necessary requirements have been met, and if it is found that there is a decrease in value of the returned products (e.g., due to missing goods or parts, even partially, or transportation damage during the return), you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the amount deducted as a curtailment of your refund. Shipping costs incurred by sbarba will not be returned, even if the shipment of ‘order is free! Charges deducted from the amount returned are €7 for Italy; €15 for inconvenient locations or smaller islands; €15 for foreign nations.
– If the items purchased do not match the items delivered, notify Customer Service immediately by emailing email@example.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Products sold are guaranteed, for one or two years from the date of purchase, directly from the manufacturer. This service is directly provided by the manufacturers of the goods sold, through their service centers.
