This alcoholic barber’s lotion Cologne Fougère is a true moisturizing lotion thanks to the vegetable glycerin it contains. It will instantly calm the razor burn.
Much more than a simple aftershave lotion, our aftershave lotion is 100% natural and was developed with essential oils selected for their soothing, disinfecting and astringent properties (Lavender, Geranium). Its design was done in collaboration with and under the supervision of Natacha, a herbal pharmacist.
Ideally dosed in vegetable glycerin, this lotion is also moisturizing and restorative. Its alcohol content of 70° is ideal because it is perfectly antiseptic without giving the slightest tingle. Finally, rich in unsaturates, it is an antioxidant. This scented lotion is a real boon for your skin.
The fresh, woody notes of this aftershave are both traditional and contemporary, as are all Le Père Lucien products. It will bring you hydration and soothing while leaving your skin delicately scented.
Our tip: In the case of a shave that did not go very well (irritated skin, blood stain, micro-cuts), to avoid alcohol burns, just put a few drops after shaving in the palm of your hand then rub your hands together to warm the lotion. This action will evaporate the alcohol before gently stroking the cheeks. So you get all the benefits of glycerin and essential oils without the pungent feeling of alcohol.
For even more freshness after shaving, you can store the barber lotion in the refrigerator and take it out only before use.
