Hot soaping, done in the Martin De Candre artisanal laboratory, which, thanks to its 40 years of experience, makes it possible to guarantee perfect control of the entire manual process of this shaving soap, composed of 100 percent vegetable oils (olive, copra) and potassium.
A completely hot-soap paste that provides excellent preservation without the addition of any preservatives.
At the end of the cooking process, Martin de Candre adds essential oils into the still-warm paste, allowing the soaps to be scented directly to the core.
During the Weeks of drying, the soap loses weight, then water. Taking the time for this drying is “crazy” when everything has to go very fast today … but there’s no secret: the dough and the smell improve exponentially.
You get in this way a product made by master craftsmen, branded, luxurious that nevertheless turns out to be cheap since a soap like this can last even more than a year before it runs out.
Foam:
Under the rotary gestures of a good brush, The foam rises quickly and with very little product, The resulting lather allows for a smooth shave, with an unprecedented feel but above all without skin aggression of any kind. The lather is plentiful and “sticks” to the skin: soft unctuous but still velvety.
